If you can log in to the Opypro platform but are presented with an Unauthorised page, this will usually indicate that:
- Your user account has been disabled. Contact your Merchant to have your access reinstated.
- The business account has been disabled. Contact your Merchant to find out more about this if you think this was incorrectly disabled.
If you believe that your business is active and that your user account is active, then you can log a ticket with us to investigate further. Please let us know the Merchant you are attempting to access as well.
