Unable to log on

The most common reason you are unable to log into the Opypro system is that you are using the wrong password or email.


To reset your password, go to https://business.opypro.com.au and follow the "Forgot password?" journey. You will receive an email with a password reset link, click the link and you'll be able to change your password. If you do not receive an email, then it might be the one of the following reasons:

  • Your account is not allowed to access Opypro (your account is not an Administrator of Opypro or your business account is not yet active). You should check with your Opypro account administrator to verify you are in the business 'Users' list within Opypro. Alternatively, you can contact the Merchant to confirm your access as well.
  • The email was incorrectly flagged as spam and sent to your “Junk mail” folder or blocked by your email provider. You should contact your internal IT department to resolve this issue.
  • You are using the wrong email address. You should contact your account administrator to verify you have the correct email address.


Still not able to log on?

Double check you are on the correct login page, the URL should start with https://login.opypro.com.au/realms/customer


If your login page doesn’t look like this or URL isn’t correct then try resetting your session by visiting:

https://business.opypro.com.au/auth-provider/keycloak

If after resetting your session your login page still doesn't look correct then try opening our authentication configuration directly:
https://login.opypro.com.au/realms/customer/.well-known/openid-configuration

The expected response will be a large body of text that starts with "issuer". If you do not get this response, you will need to contact your internal IT department and attempt to unblock our domain.


If you still cannot login after trying these steps and you believe you should have access to the platform, then log a ticket with us and we can investigate further.
